Junaluska Highlands is a gated community of upscale homes located in the Appalachian Mountains of Western North Carolina. We're roughly 5 miles from downtown Waynesville and 30 miles west of Asheville. Our community is located in and around a cozy valley surrounded by mountains on 3 sides with elevations ranging from 2700 feet at the ponds to over 3500 feet at the top of Fincher Mountain. Layered mountain views are visible on all sides, many include Lake Junaluska. The lake is less than 5 minutes away and an entrance to the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway is less than 15 minutes away!

can find Junaluska Highlands entrance on the right off Rogers Cove Rd. (interactive map above) approximately a half mile from the
